Can you paint from a customer's photograph?
Yes — that is most of our work. Send the highest resolution you have, the finished size, and whether you want it rolled or stretched. We return a price and a date within one working day.
What is your minimum order?
One piece. A single commission runs through the same process as a two-hundred-piece order, including the photograph before shipping.
How long does a painting take?
Five to fifteen days of painting once the proof is approved, depending on size and texture. Small work is quick; large or heavily textured work is not. Your quotation carries the exact date.
How do you keep colour consistent across repeat orders?
The same named painter picks it up, we match against a retained reference piece rather than a memory, and you approve a photograph before it ships.
Is this oil paint or acrylic?
Acrylic, hand-applied and built up in glazes with a gloss finish. Our painters are academy-trained in oil painting and work in acrylic by choice — it does not yellow, carries no solvent odour and tolerates cleaning. Genuine oil is available on request with a longer lead time.
Can I sell your paintings under my own brand?
Yes. We ship blind with no Velaturo branding on the outer packaging, and an original series developed for you is not sold to anyone else.
Do you paint reproductions of famous paintings?
Public-domain work only — artists whose copyright has expired. We decline work that infringes a living artist's rights, because a takedown lands on the seller rather than the studio.
Do you ship rolled or stretched?
Both. Rolled canvas ships for a fraction of the volume and is the default for quantity; stretched dispatches sooner and arrives ready to hang.
What size and canvas options are available?
Sizes from 20 × 25 cm to 180 cm and beyond, on primed cotton as standard or linen on request. Non-standard sizes cost no more than the nearest standard one.
How much does a commission cost?
It depends on area, texture level and subject, in that order. Send an image, a finished size and a quantity and we return a price within one working day.
Do you offer free samples?
One free piece so you can compare it against your current supplier; you cover shipping. Best choice is something you already sell.
What happens if I am not happy with the finished painting?
Tell us before it ships and we rework it at no cost — that is the point of sending the photograph. After shipping, it depends on the issue and we will tell you honestly what it costs.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send photographs of the packaging and the pieces. Damage caused by our packing or rolling is repainted at our cost.
Which countries do you ship to?
Worldwide, by courier or sea freight. We quote EXW, FOB Xiamen, CIF or delivered — tell us which basis you want to compare on.

Yes, blind, with no Velaturo branding on the outer packaging and your documents inside.
What are your payment terms?
First orders are prepaid or 50% deposit with the balance before shipping. After three completed orders we can discuss terms properly.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes. We are twenty minutes from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Tell us a day ahead.
