For artists and studios
Studio work for artists, in confidence.
Painters have always worked with studios. We take your work to the stage you set — the lay-in, the underpainting, the body of the piece — and you finish it, sign it and release it as your own.
Your name is never shown. Your work is never discussed.
In confidence
Your name, your work and the fact that we worked on it are never shown or discussed — on this site, on social media, or to other clients.
To your stage
Tell us how far to take it: the lay-in, the underpainting, or close to finish, ready for your final passes.
One hand
A single senior painter is assigned to your work and stays with it, so a series holds together.
No marks
Nothing on the canvas, the stretcher or the packing says Velaturo. Shipped blind, to you or your studio.
How it works
The same steps for one canvas or a body of work.

- Day 1
A painter is assigned
A senior painter who works in your manner, and who stays with your work from then on.
- Date on your quote
We build it to your stage
Laid in and built up in layers to the point you set, with progress photos if you want them.
- Yours
You finish it
Your final passes, your signature, your release.
Who does the work
Our senior painters each have more than twenty years at the easel and trained at academies across China, including the Shenyang Academy of Painting.
Studio work asks more of a painter than our own designs do: the painter's hand has to disappear into yours. We give it only to painters who can do that, and we keep the same painter on your work for as long as you work with us.

Questions
All questionsWill anyone know you worked on it?
No. We don't show, name or discuss studio work for artists anywhere, and nothing leaves the studio with our name on it.
How far can you take a piece?
As far as you want. Some artists want only the lay-in; others want the piece close to finish, leaving the final passes, the signature and the decisions that make it theirs.
Can you work in my manner?
That is the work. Send earlier pieces and references, and the painter works to your hand rather than their own.
Will you paint my style for anyone else?
No. What you send stays with your commission, and we don't imitate a living artist's work for anyone else. We work for artists, never to copy them.
Can we start with one piece?
Yes. Many artists start with a single canvas to see how the painter's work sits under their own.
