How blind shipping works
The package, the shipping label and any paperwork inside carry no Velaturo branding. Your customer sees their painting and, if you like, your own card or packaging.
Adding your own card or packaging
We can include your insert cards, stickers or branded packaging. Send the materials ahead, or the print files, and we'll agree the details before the first order.
Packing single pieces
Stretched paintings are boxed with corner protection; rolled paintings travel in a rigid tube. Express courier usually reaches the US, UK, Canada and Australia within about 3 to 7 days after dispatch.
The approval photo
Every finished painting is photographed in consistent, neutral light before it's packed. You can forward it to your customer for approval. It's worth telling them that screens vary and the painting may look slightly different in their room's light.
If a customer isn't happy
- Before shipping: changes requested at the photo stage are made before packing. Within reason, we don't count revisions.
- After delivery: if a painting arrives damaged, send us photos and we'll send a replacement.
Most unhappy customers are the result of expectations set before the order, not the painting itself. Clear photo guidance and an honest description of hand-painted work prevent most problems.
