What we need before starting
A copy of the licence or written permission, and its scope — territories, quantities, formats. We keep it on file against the order. Without it we do not start, which protects you as much as us.
Keeping an artist's hand consistent
One painter is assigned to an artist and stays with them. Twenty pieces across a year painted by four different people will not hold together, and the artist will be the first to notice.
Documentation
Every piece is archived with its order, painter, layer count and date. When an artist or a licensor asks how a piece was produced, there is an answer.
